| Coaches' Responsibility |
Coaches, please remember to LOCK UP all equipment sheds when leaving the fields. Several sheds have been left open recently. If you are on the field first, and another team uses the field after you, just have the other coach acknowledge that he/she will lock up before leaving that night. Also, if you could try to get off the field in a TIMELY MANNER so the next coach can begin, that is ideal. Thanks so much!

All schedules are in, completed and posted on the web site. Please double check your schedule and contact Bill Baldwin with any and all discrepancies. This will assure all schedules are correct and precise.

| Reminders |
UPDATED: Opportunity for softball coaches and players. President Tonya Osborne has contacted Baylee Smith, Mt. Gilead High School senior pitcher, to work with any girls interested in pitching. Baylee now has the most wins of any pitcher in the Mt. Gilead High School history. The instructions will be offered 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the Edison Gym on Saturdays in May. Each pitcher needs to bring a catcher, parent, or coach to catch for them. Cost is $10.00

| Scheduled Dates of Importance |
Picture Day is on May 19th. Your team will recieve instructions, picture forms, and exact time from your head coach prior to that date.
Pool party is June 24th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We will not be bringing food. Pool concessions will be open. We will provide drinks ONLY. Remember to bring any last minute raffle tickets to be put in the hopper.

TRIPLE- $300.00: A Thank You in the community paper, Your company name on an advertisement sign at our ball fields, wall plaque with team picture, your company name on team shirt, and listing on MGBSA home page of web site.
HOME RUN- $400.00: A Thank You in the community paper, Your company name on an advertisement sign at our ball fields, Company name on team shirt, wall plaque with team picture, 16"x32" sign on field, and listing on MGBSA home page of web site with link to your company web site.
GRAND SLAM- $500.00: A Thank You in the community paper, Your company name on an advertisement sign at ball fields, Company name on team shirt, 2'x4' sign on field A, a mounted wall plaque of the team you sponsored, and your company logo on MGBSA home page of web site with link to your company web site.
