Please double check that your concession volunteers are restocking concession stands before locking up! Also you may add your team outcomes after games as well as player stats

Concessions are a large part of income for MGBSA, it is vital that concessions are open at ALL GAMES! As a coach it is your responsibility to have 1 or 2 parents running concessions during games. Scheduled games at Edison A are responsible for opening and running concessions; however if no game is being played at Edison A it is the responsibility of the Edison B coach. Further coaching requests will be considered on the job you do to improve MGBSA as an organization, fulfilling all requirements are essential! If you notice the concessions are running low or have any questions please contact Mary Lee Neuman (419)560-5036 or tell another board member. ~Thank You~ Good luck and have FUN!!!

We are in the midst of bad weather, it is important to read your safety manual for instructions during these times. Remember thunder or lightning constitutes 30 minutes off of the field. Time is restarted after each occurrence of either THUNDER or LIGTNING!!! To put it simply; thunder is the sound of lightning. One always accompanies the other. Please keep our children safe!

Coaches please check the field schedule prior to going to a field for practice! Be advised that games take precedent over any practice. You may use a grass field ie: soccer comples, grass field beyond Edison A & B, or the field beyond MG C.

If you need to reschedule a game please contact Tiffani Wickline or Tammy Davidson to assign a field. Please do not assume a field is open because it appears to be on the schedule. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter :)

**With the exception of High School Softball and Baseball Players, practices should begin the week of April 1st. (Weather Permitting)

**Remember if a scheduled school game is being played, you will not be able to practice. This should only effect the Pony League coaches at the Edison C Field for now. Come mid May when the MGBSA games begin it could effect all fields.
